1. Do you have an age restriction for entry?
We are 21 and over only, no exceptions, during our normal business hours. Our evening shows & brunches are created for adults 21 and over and may contain adult humor and content that may not be suitable for all audiences. However, during our Family Day Events (please see calendar) our show will be All Ages and G-rated. We also have a Teen Beats Show one Saturday a month following the Family Show. This show is geared toward ages 13 to 17. Please note that we can only accept the following (unexpired) forms of identification: state-issued driver’s license, state-issued ID card, passport, green card, and government-issued ID (e.g. military).
2. When are you open?
We are open for business Monday through Wednesday from 7 pm to 12 am and Thursdays from 7 pm to 1 am. On Fridays and Saturdays, our hours are 7 pm to 2 am. We are open one Sunday afternoon a month for a Boozy Brunch show and often on holiday weekends we host a Sunday evening show. Seating begins at 7 pm Monday through Saturday. The show begins at 8 pm on all the days we are open. We may on occasion be closed for private events. Please check our calendar prior to planning a visit to see availability. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
3. Is there a cover charge?
Monday through Wednesday the general admission cover charge is $5 per person for seats or standing room. On Thursdays and the occasional Sunday night show cover charge is $10 per person for seats or standing room. On Fridays, the cover charge is $7 per person (standing room only) and on Saturdays $10 per person (standing room only). Seat prices vary for the weekend shows. You can see current pricing by clicking “Buy Show Tickets”. A credit card is required for online and phone purchases and all sales are final.
4. If I don’t make a booking or if you’re sold out of seats, can I still come to Bobby McKey’s?
You don’t have to buy a seat to enjoy our show. Standing room is usually available in the bar areas.
5. When should I arrive if I have a pre-booked seat?
Please plan to arrive by 7 pm when doors open. The show begins at 8 pm. If your party has not checked in by 8 pm at the latest, we reserve the right to resell your seats to walk-in guests.
6. Do you charge automatic gratuity or food and drink minimums?
If you walk out on your tab, an 18% service charge will be assessed to your credit card. We do not charge minimums on food or drinks.
7. Do you have a dress code?
Bobby McKey’s has a casual atmosphere, so you can wear jeans or shorts when it’s nice outside. You can wear a baseball cap but the visor must face forward. Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.
8. I’d like to be seated with my friends. Can you make sure we are all together?
The best way to make sure you and your friends are seated together is to purchase seats with one transaction. However, you can each buy individual tickets and let us know you want to join friends (or start a party) by writing your party's name in the space provided during the booking process. Please make sure you are all buying the same seating option.
9. What discounts are available?
We are proud to offer free cover charge to our armed forces and first responders on Fridays. If you are (or were) in the military, police, or first responders, present your ID at the door to get in for free for standing room only. Spouses qualify as well, with proof of ID! We will also give you 20% off your food and drink tab on Fridays! Seats must be purchased at full price, however, you still get the 20% discount off food and drinks.
10. I received some free admission passes. Can I use these towards the payment for my seats?
Free admission passes are for standing room only (with the exception of Monday through Thursday where you can use them for seats) in the bar areas and cannot be used to discount seat prices.
11. Inclement Weather Policy
We make every attempt to put on a show in spite of inclement weather, however, we want you to be safe. If you cannot attend a show due to dangerous weather, please call 301-602-2209 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the show starts and we will be happy to reschedule on an alternate date. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. If we do close our doors because of weather-related issues, we will inform you immediately and refunds will be processed within 24 hours. We may reschedule a show due to weather and give you the option to get a refund or move to a different date.
12. Where can we park?
We are located below St. George Garage, off St. George Boulevard. All parking in National Harbor is for a fee and we cannot validate. Please check the national harbor website for the most up to date parking fees.
13. Are you wheelchair accessible?
Our main floor seats are wheelchair accessible, however we ask that you specify in your booking what your needs are so that we might best accommodate you.
