1. Do you have an age restriction for entry?

Yes. Our evening shows and brunches are for adults 21 and over only, no exceptions. These performances are created for mature audiences and may contain adult humor and content not suitable for all ages. However, during our Family Day Events (check our calendar), the show is All Ages and G-rated—perfect for kids, families, and school groups. We accept the following unexpired IDs only: state-issued driver’s license or ID, passport, green card, or government-issued ID (e.g., military).

2. When are you open?

We’re open Monday through Saturday.

  • Doors: 7 PM
  • Showtime: 8 PM
  • Closing: Monday–Wednesday at 11 PM, Thursday at 12 AM, Friday–Saturday at 1 AM

We also host a monthly Sunday Boozy Brunch show and occasional Sunday evening or holiday weekend events. Sometimes we’re closed for private events—please check our calendar or call before visiting.

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM.

3. If I don’t have a booking, can I still come to Bobby McKey’s?

Yes! You don’t need to buy a seat to enjoy the show. Standing room is usually available in our bar areas.

Our box office is cashless, so please bring a credit card for admittance.

4. When should I arrive if I’ve booked seats?

Doors open at 7 PM, and the show starts at 8 PM. Please arrive by 7 PM to enjoy food and drinks before the show.

If your party hasn’t checked in by 8 PM, we may release your seats to walk-in guests.

5. Do you charge automatic gratuity or food and drink minimums?

If you walk out on your tab, an 18% service charge will be assessed to your credit card. We do not charge minimums on food or drinks.

6. Do you have a dress code?

Our vibe is casual and fun! Jeans, shorts, and comfortable attire are welcome.

Shirts and shoes are required at all times.

7. I’d like to be seated with my friends. Can you make sure we are all together?

The best way is to purchase all tickets in one transaction. If that’s not possible, each person can buy their own ticket and write your party name in the note section during checkout. Make sure everyone selects the same seating option.

8. Do you offer discounts?

Yes!

  • Military, Police & First Responders: Free standing-room cover on Fridays with valid ID, plus free seats Monday-Thursday.
    Use code: ISERVE at checkout and show ID when arriving at show.
  • Spouses: Also qualify with proof of ID.
  • Food & Drink: 20% off during evening shows for all qualifying guests (seated or standing). Seats must be purchased at full price, but the 20% off food & drink still applies.

11. Do you host private events or corporate parties?

Yes! Our venue is one of the most unique private event spaces near the Gaylord National Convention Center.
We host corporate events, holiday parties, team-building nights, fundraisers, and client receptions—all with live entertainment customized to your group.

12. Can we host our holiday party at Bobby McKey’s?

Absolutely! We’re a top destination for holiday parties at National Harbor—for companies, friend groups, or family gatherings.
Whether you book private space or join one of our festive public holiday shows, your guests will love our live, interactive entertainment and group-friendly menu. We also offer our traditional Family-friendly Santa Claus shows that give you time for photos and a meet & greet in addition to our show.

13. I received free admission passes—can I use them for seats?

Free admission passes are valid for standing room only in bar areas and can’t be applied toward seat purchases.

14. What happens if there’s bad weather?

We do everything we can to perform regardless of weather, but safety comes first.
If you can’t attend due to dangerous conditions, contact us at 301-602-2209 or info@bobbymckeys.com before showtime to reschedule. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If we cancel due to weather, you’ll be notified immediately, and refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

15. Where can I park?

We’re located below the St. George Garage (off St. George Boulevard). Parking in National Harbor is paid only, and we cannot validate tickets. Please check the National Harbor Parking Guide for the latest rates.

16. Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our main floor is wheelchair accessible. Please note any specific accessibility needs in your booking so we can accommodate your party.
